Does it cost money to sign up?

Customers may be charged standard/other messaging rates, depending on the customers messaging rate plan with their carrier. There is no other charge from the merchant for My SUBWAY® Mobile. Please check with your carrier directly via their support number to find out about your data plan.

What do you do with my personal information?

At SUBWAY® restaurants, we respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be shared with outside parties. You'll only hear from your preferred merchants through us as you've specified.

Does your technology work with any cell phone?

Yes! My SUBWAY® Mobile works on all U.S. cell phones.

What carriers support the program?

Supported carriers include Alltel, Boost, Cellular South, Cingular Blue (AT&T), Cingular Orange (Cingular), Midwest Wireless, Nextel, Sprint, Suncom, T-Mobile®, Verizon, and Virgin.

What is SMS?

SMS is an acronym for SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE, also referred to as a TEXT MESSAGE.

How do I send and receive a text message?

Today, most phones can send and receive text messages but the steps vary by manufacturer and phone. To find out how to send and receive a text message with your phone, check your phone's manual or your wireless carrier.

How do I cancel my participation in My SUBWAY® Mobile?

Simply reply to an SMS / Text Message you've received with the message: 'STOP'. You will be automatically opted out for all future SMS / Text Message campaigns from My SUBWAY® Mobile. You may contact us via e-mail at SUPPORT@MYSUBWAYMOBILE.COM if you have further questions.
